Vinny joined the Cavendish team as an Origination Executive in December 2025.

Prior to joining Cavendish, Vinny was part of the research and development team at Houlihan Lokey in London, where he played a key role in consumer-focused origination. Vinny has a first-class BSc (Hons) in Management from the University of Bath.
