Min graduated from the University of Manchester in 1992 with a degree in Law.
In 1993 he joined Berwin Leighton, where he qualified as a solicitor and worked on various acquisitions, disposals, flotations and reverse take-overs for both public and private companies.
He was recruited by Baring Brothers in 1995 and joined its corporate finance department as an executive. He has worked on a wide range of UK and cross-border transactions for public and private companies, including flotations, rights issues, acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs and several UK public offers.
Min joined Cavendish in 1998 and leads the Business Services Group at Cavendish.
