Emily Watts is Head of Corporate Development at Cavendish, where she focuses on the firm’s strategic growth initiatives, the development of new services and partnerships, and broader efforts to deliver more integrated solutions across public and private markets. She also plays a key role in the firm’s policy and market advocacy activities.

Emily assumed this role after more than a decade in Cavendish’s Investment Banking team, advising founders, boards and growth companies on a broad range of equity capital markets and corporate finance transactions. Her experience spans IPOs, secondary fundraisings, private capital raises and M&A across the Main Market and AIM.

She joined Cavendish in 2015, having previously spent five years in investment banking, advising listed companies and growth businesses.
