Lauren Hayes

Director, M&A

Lauren is a Director in the Technology M&A team at Cavendish, where she specialises in advising businesses across the Media, Marketing, Data, and Insights sectors.

Before joining Cavendish, Lauren spent seven years at SI Global, a boutique M&A advisory firm focused on the Media and Marketing industries. There, she advised a wide range of owner-managed and private equity-backed businesses, successfully completing numerous cross-border transactions. Prior to that, she spent five years at KPMG.

Lauren holds a BSc in Accounting & Finance from Durham University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW.
