Cavendish is delighted to have acted as nominated adviser in connection with Eden Research plc’s recent Placing. The Company has raised £9.9m through a placing and retail offer.

Eden is the UK’s only AIM listed company focused on biopesticides for sustainable agriculture. It develops and supplies innovative biopesticide products and natural microencapsulation technologies to the global crop protection, animal health and consumer products industries.
