Cavendish is pleased to have advised the shareholders of Alchemy Technology Services on its sale to NTT DATA, a global innovator in digital business and IT services.

Founded in 2018, Alchemy provides specialist technology delivery services to the global insurance industry. The company has grown significantly over the past five years, with a focus on client outcomes, quality, and collaboration.

The acquisition will support NTT DATA’s insurance strategy and strengthen its delivery capability across key markets. Alchemy will continue to operate under its own name as a separate legal entity within the NTT DATA group.
