Cavendish is delighted to announce that is has advised the shareholders of DigitalXRAID on their acquisition by Limerston Capital’s cyber security platform group.

DigitalXRAID, a cyber security services specialist headquartered in Doncaster, has been acquired by the cyber security platform business of Limerston Capital, the UK mid-market private equity firm. This transaction marks a significant milestone in DigitalXRAID’s continued growth and ambition to become a leader in cyber security services in the UK.

This strategic acquisition brings together complementary organisations to deliver greater value to clients through an expanded and enhanced portfolio of services. The enlarged Group not only offers strengthened 24/7 SOC and MDR capabilities, incident response solutions and cyber consultancy and penetration testing services alongside advanced digital forensic, e-Discovery solutions and proprietary forensic case management software.

The combined strength of the Group – including DigitalXRAID and CyberCrowd – will support the delivery of end-to-end cyber resilience and digital services for customers across the private and public sectors. These include clients operating in areas of critical national infrastructure and national security. The enlarge Group also offers a highly attractive destination for cyber and digital talent.
