Nicola joined Cavendish (formerly Cenkos Securities) in 2020 and has more than 30 years of experience in the securities industry. Specialising in operational leadership, trade support and middle office functions. She has a strong track record of delivering operational change and driving process improvements across trading and post-trade environments.

Prior to joining Cavendish, Nicola served as Head of Operations and Company Secretary at Stockdale Securities for nine years.  Previously, she held roles at Arbuthnot Securities and Lloyds TSB Stockbrokers.
