Tom Stoten

Director, M&A

Tom is a Director in the technology M&A team at Cavendish, where he specialises in IT managed services, cyber security, technology services and software.

Prior to joining Cavendish in 2022, he spent eight years in Technology M&A experience at Alantra and Arrowpoint, including both buy and sell-side transactions for private equity and entrepreneur led companies.

Tom started his career in the assurance practice at KPMG and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2013.
