Cavendish is pleased to announce that it has co-advised Centerbridge Partners (“Centerbridge”) on its structured minority interest investment in Pure Cremation (“Pure”). Centerbridge will be investing in both Pure’s loan and equity instruments. The Cavendish team had previously advised Pure’s founding shareholders on its sale to Epiris Fund III in 2023.

Pure Cremation is the leading provider of prepaid, trust- and insurance-backed funeral plans in the UK, enabling individuals to plan and pay for their own end-of-life arrangements. The investment is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to complete in the first half of 2026.
